On 26 September 2014, students from the Ayotzinapa college in Guerrero, Mexico were attacked by local police, leaving a toll of six dead. A further 43 students disappeared that night, and have not been seen since.
In the second anniversary of the Ayotzinapa attacks, activists from all around the world will be showing the documentary Mirar Morir (“Watching Them Die”) in support of the students and their families. The documentary investigates the events of that night, the collusion of police and army with organised crime, and the Mexican Government's cover-up.
WRI office, together with London Mexico Solidarity, will be organising the London screening whose details can be found here, together with other screenings from all around the world.
