ISRAEL: More refuseniks jailed
Four more refuseniks were jailed in Israel during the last week. There are 29 refuseniks in jail at present.
Capt. Liron Eliasov (ISR12071), 32, a psychologist from Haifa, was sentenced to 28 days at prison 6 for refusing to serve in the territories on Monday, 30 April.
Amit Grossman (ISR12072) was sentenced to 28 days at prison 4 on Thursday 2 May for refusing to serve in the Occupied Territories.
1st Sgt. Michel Wexler (ISR12073), 32, was sentenced to 28 days at prison 4 on Thursday 2 May for refusing to serve in the Occupied Territories. Michel is married and a computer programmer.
Ro'i Sabbat (ISR12074) was sentenced to 28 days at prison 4 on Sunday 5 May for refusing to serve in the Occupied Territories.
